Part-Time Attorney Position

Fort Myers Attorney Puccio is looking for a part time experienced attorney to work 20 hours per week assisting with pleadings, motions, correspondence, client contact, court appearances, trial preparation, legal research, and case resolution. Puccio Law is primarily involved in business, real estate, and general civil litigation. Occasionally, we will take a criminal case to accommodate a client. You must be licensed in Florida. Looking for someone who will take pride in their work and professional appearance. Working on site is preferred. Must have one or more years of experience in Lee and Collier County Court system and be reliable, dependable, organized, and honest. Puccio Law has a high energy, low temper environment with co-workers, opposing counsel, and clients. The opportunity is available to increase work hours depending on how well you work independently and your desire to succeed. References will be requested if we reach the interview stage.
Part-Time Bookkeeper
Fort Myers Attorney Puccio and full time legal assistant need a part time legal assistant with bookkeeping and billing experience, including account receivable collection, to work 20 to 25 hours per week, be familiar with the www.TimeSolv-us, computerized billing system (user friendly), answer phones, organize files, and schedule court dates. Must be truly dependable, reliable, punctual, and honest. References and Lee County experience required.
